Overview
Sarai camp will house a total of 10 tents with 20 Bed capacity at its maximum, with Makuti shades on top with their own private bathroom with flushing toilet and a specious bedroom. The bedroom has tent windows that allow you a panoramic few of the area and a veranda with the view of Mount Kilimanjaro. The Tents are all en-suite with outdoor showers and toilets with unique exceptional experience.

- Check-in/out: Check-in is from 14:00. Check-out is before 12:00. Late check-out is subject to availability and may incur a fee.
- Identification: A valid government-issued ID or passport is required upon arrival.
- Non-Smoking Policy: This is a 100% smoke-free property. Smoking in rooms will result in a $200 deep-cleaning fee.
- Pet Policy: To ensure the comfort of all guests, pets are not allowed within the hotel premises.
- Safety Boxes: Please use the in-room electronic safe for your valuables. The hotel is not responsible for any lost items.
- Quiet Hours: We kindly ask guests to keep noise levels to a minimum between 22:00 and 07:00.
We have handicapped restrooms on the 86th Floor Observatory and also have lowered viewing walls and binoculars. Service dogs are allowed throughout the building. Motorized and non-motorized wheelchairs are permitted. The 86th Floor has ramps to make getting around easier and lowered viewing walls so that visitors in chairs can still take in the view. The 102nd Floor currently has a higher wall, but we are working to make it more accessible to all our visitors.
